IWC was looking for a refined, high-end holiday gift that reflected the craftsmanship, restraint, and prestige of the brand. The gift needed to feel intentional and elevated at every touchpoint — from the contents to the packaging — and be appropriate for their top-tier clients.

We designed the gift experience from the ground up, starting with the concept and contents and carrying that thinking through to the packaging and presentation. Drawing inspiration from IWC’s Ingenieur watch collection, we incorporated subtle brand cues — texture, pattern, and materiality — rather than overt branding.

1. A solid brass puzzle engraved with the IWC logo
2. Custom Compartés truffles printed with the Ingenieur watch face pattern and finished with custom sleeves
3. Two-piece custom rigid gift boxes, designed from scratch
4. Precision-cut inserts to hold the disassembled puzzle and truffles
5. Gold foil and ink detailing on the box lid, pulling from elements of IWC’s holiday cards
6. Ingenieur grid pattern printed beneath the inserts, revealed as items were removed
7. A custom insert with illustrated instructions for assembling the puzzle
