The Ask
BCG wanted a seamless gifting program to welcome departing employees to the alumni network—with gifts built around alumni-founded companies, a high-end branded item, and a unifying, intentional theme.
Our Approach
We researched BCG alumni-founded brands and created a custom gift centered on two products from alumni-founded brands, a BCG-engraved tumbler, and a matte black metal Alumni membership card with a QR code to access the BCG Alumni Portal.
We streamlined the process with a branded GiftHub linked to the exit survey, ensuring gifts shipped within two business days. Custom inserts highlighted each alumni founder and included a QR code to the alumni network.
