Our minimums per order are 25 units (whether it's gift boxes, pieces of merch, etc.) and $2,500 total spend.
We love surprises, but not when it comes to costs! We pride ourselves on clear & transparent pricing, with breakdowns of all associated costs up front.

Packaging & design
Our packaging options are endless, and you can brand virtually everything: the gift box itself, tissue, closure stickers, shipping boxes, shipping tape...you get the idea. Not sure what the best option is for you? Don't worry - we'll guide you!
Absolutely. We’ll either send templates to your team or handle the design ourselves. Think: merch, packaging, inserts, labels, even custom chocolate bar wrappers.
Of course! Don't have a vector version of your logo? Not sure if engraving or screen printing would look best on that mug? We've got you!

Most custom projects take 3–6 weeks. In a rush? Let us know—we’ve worked miracles before.
As much - or as little - as you want. You can just share the basics, and we’ll run with it. You just review and approve.
It depends on your project, but generally we'll give you a selection of items - whether it's a variety of products for a curated gift or a specific kind of swag - along with packaging recommendations and clear pricing. Our proposals are highly visual, easy to understand and created just for you and your project.
You sure will - and they'll be friendly, knowledgable, and extremely responsive. Our account managers (we call them Gift Concierges, obviously) aren't paid on commission - their only goal is to make sure you're completely thrilled with the process and result.
You can order the kits exactly as they're shown and just add your logo (or not), or you can use them as jumping-off points: swap out a product for something else, ask us for a more luxe or budget-friendly version, etc. Or, simply consider them inspiration for your own custom project.
