ShareFile came to us to mark their 20th anniversary with a gift for top customers across accounting, insurance, legal, and finance. The brief came with two key constraints: a tight planning window tied to fiscal year-end invoicing, and a diverse recipient base that required something broadly appealing and professional — without feeling stiff or overly corporate.

The goal was a thank-you gift that acknowledged longevity and partnership, felt premium, and worked across roles, ages, and industries.

We focused on elevated, design-forward versions of everyday desk and productivity items — products people would actually use, but that felt more considered than what they already had. To strike the right balance, we paired a small number of custom branded elements with high-quality unbranded items, using ShareFile’s pastel purple and green palette as the primary brand signal.

We presented several thematic directions and ultimately landed on an office and productivity concept that felt celebratory but restrained: polished enough for professional recipients, yet warm and gift-like rather than promotional.
