The Ask
Calendly needed an ongoing gift program to celebrate employee life moments—new homes, weddings, and babies—with thoughtful, useful gifts and a seamless, low-effort process for their team.
Our Approach
We created three tailored gifts: a “New Addition” box with a plush stroller blanket and stuffed animal; a “Union” box featuring a newlywed cookbook and sparkling non-alcoholic wine; and a “New Home” box with an ultra-soft throw. Each box featured custom artwork to match the milestone. We set up a GiftHub, empowering Calendly to send just the right gift to employees—completely hassle-free.
