The Ask
To debut their newly redesigned brand, Exol wanted to introduce themselves to high-value prospects at a major conference through 180 room-drop gifts. The goal was to create something recipients would actually use during the event, all on a very tight, holiday-week timeline.
Our Approach
We built a conference-ready gift that carried Exol’s new yellow-and-black brand identity throughout. The kit paired practical, in-the-moment items—hydration packets, mints, and energy balls—with a high-quality stainless steel water bottle recipients could use immediately and carry throughout the conference.
To elevate the experience, we designed custom mailer boxes and inserts sized precisely to the contents, minimizing interior filler and creating a clean, intentional unboxing. A branded closure sticker finished the presentation, resulting in packaging that felt premium and design-led rather than logo-heavy.
