International conference gifts

The Client Asked: Informa tech wanted to send several hundred gifts to UK for VIPs of its AI Summit event. The gifts needed to be high-end, since the recipients would be mostly C-level tech executives, and they wanted the boxes to give a nod to the host city of London.

We Answered: We created luxe gift boxes composed of products like tea and Earl Grey shortbread cookies, plus premium gender-neutral self-care products that could be enjoyed after a long day at the conference. We shipped 100s of boxes to the U.K. and worked with a freight forwarder to have them delivered straight to the venue. It was a truly seamless process that required virtually no work on behalf of the client.
