Cinnamon snickerdoodle nut butter by Ground Up PDX
This almond & cashew nut butter is an ode to your grandma’s favorite cinnamon cookie—but much healthier! With layers of cinnamon, coconut and vanilla, this spread is great with fruit, oatmeal, toast, smoothies and more. Ground Up is a not-just-for-profit business that provides job training to women overcoming adversity in the Portland area.

Fireside & Starlight candle by Ethics Supply Co.
Made will all-natural coconut & apricot wax, this lush scent is inspired by starry nights in Great Basin National Park. Features  notes of ancient bristlecone pine, rich musk & amber layered over a duet of sandalwood and patchouli. A portion of every sale is donated towards one of the following charities: Forever Found, Hope of The Valley Rescue Mission, Yellowstone Forever, The National Park Foundation.

Frosty Deconstructed granola by Banner Road Baking co.
This organic and gluten-free granola is a seasonal favorite from artisanal bakery Banner Road. It boasts bits of Askinosie dark and white chocolate with the zip & zing of New Mexico chili flakes and tart cherries. A percentage of profits is donated to The Usher Syndrome Coalition in honor of the founder's daughter.

Chocolate Sea Salt caramels by Mouth Party
If you don't know what a Mouth Party is, you will once you try these caramels. Our favorite sweet of the season, these heavenly sea salt caramels have 72% bittersweet chocolate cooked right in. A portion of proceeds are donated to grassroots cancer research organizations (one of the founders is a survivor). 

Butter Toffee & Sea Salt chocolate bar by Harper Macaw 
This one goes way beyond your average chocolate bar: it combines creamy 57% dark milk chocolate with bits of house-made toffee and sea salt for a sweet-and-salty, creamy-and-crunchy chocolate experience. Sales of each product contribute to the restoration +protection of degraded, or deforested land near their sources.

Meaningful and beautiful!

I work for a big company that makes an effort to only gift things that give back, come from small companies (preferably women or minority owned) and emphasize sustainability. This specific gift was recommended by another EA and we chose it as the welcome gift for a summer offsite. Rare Assembly graciously allowed us to switch up the candle scent and to swap the cinnamon for dried florals in order to make it a little more "summer appropriate". Was a hit with our 100+ attendees who especially appreciated the fact that every single item was sourced from a small business that also support great causes! The insert describing these causes was the cherry on top. Will definitely gift with Rare Assembly again and again!
