WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS FOR CUSTOM GIFTS?
- For custom orders, we require an order of at least (20) gifts.
- For orders of 20-49 gifts, the minimum price per box is $65.
- For orders of 50 gifts or more, the minimum price per box is $50.
- If you don't meet our minimums for custom gifts, you can always add custom packaging to any of the gifts on our website. Just contact us and we'll make it happen!
WHAT ARE YOUR TURNAROUND TIMES?
- Turnararound times vary according to the project scope, but generally we require at least 3 weeks for custom projects. However, if you're in a rush we can often find a way to meet your deadline!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PACKAGING?
- Yes! You can brand literally every part of your packaging: the boxes, tissue, stickers, cards, etc. If you want more than just your logo, we also offer in-house design services to bring your dream packaging suite to life.
- And while we may specialize in gift boxes, you don't have to use a box at all - we've worked on projects packaged in everything from custom piñatas to bespoke "first aid kits" for burnt-out employees.
WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW MY RECIPIENT'S ADDRESSES?
- No addresses? No problem! Our GiftHubs let you set up a FREE branded page where recipients can provide their shipping address. If you want, they can also select their own gift and provide other info like clothing sizes, allergy info, etc.
OUR GIFTS HAVE A SUPER NICHE THEME. CAN YOU HELP?
- 100% yes - no theme is too niche for us! We've worked on projects that range from goat themed employee gifts (yes, like the animal), to "don't believe your eyes" gifts for an AI conference that included products that looked like one thing but were actually something else.
CAN WE INCLUDE EXISTING SWAG?
- You sure can! Simply mail us the swag you want us to include and we'll add it to your gifts for FREE!
CAN YOU HELP US WITH NEW SWAG?
- Absolutely! We can brand just about anything you can think of - and we're really good at finding swag people actually want.
DO YOU OFFER ONGOING GIFT PROGRAMS/WAREHOUSING?
- Yes! We have a large, secure warehouse where we can store your gifts and ship as needed throughout the year. We've supported 100s of ongoing gift programs for our clients, from employee "life moments" like birthdays and weddings, to welcome gifts that ship whenever a new client is onboarded - and much more.

- Our process couldn't be easier - or more fun! Here's what to expect:
- 1. Details: You'll give us the basic details like budget, timeline and occasion. Whether you have a super specific theme in mind or have no idea where to start, we can help!
- 2. Proposal: We'll send you a beautiful, no-pressure proposal that includes products sourced exclusively for you and your project, plus packaging recommendations.
- 3. Revisions: Have questions? Want to see more products? We'll work with you until we have EXACTLY the gift you want!
- 4. Payment: Once payment is received, we'll get to work packing your picture-perfect gifts.
- 5. Delivery: We'll ship your gift to one location OR individual addresses.
How we're different
You'll work with a dedicated Account Manager - not a salesperson.
None of our employees work on commission, which means that your dedicated Account Manager is incentivized only to ensure that you get the best customer service possible - never to upsell you.

You won't find any tchotchkes or trinkets here. We source only well made and beautifully designed products from both well-known brands and cool, indie companies - the kind of things that truly delight people (and make your brand look really good, too).
We're creative marketers with extensive experience servicing top brands.
Our founder sold her last company - a social marketing agency - to The New York Times, and continued to serve as its CEO for 3+ years after the acquisition. Her experience overseeing the creation and implementation of multimillion dollar creative campagins for the world's top companies has carried through to Rare Assembly, from the level of service provided by our Account Managers to the creative gift concepts put together by our Proposals team.

While we have best practices in place, we're always happy to adjust our processes to fit your preferences. Want custom reporting? No problem. Using our GiftHubs app and need a feature we don't offer yet? We can probably get it live in a few weeks.
