Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
How big an order can you handle?
The sky's the limit! We've worked on projects involving thousands of gifts in a single send.
Can we send you company swag to include in the gifts?
Absolutely! Clients send us everything from sweatshirts to printed inserts for inclusion in their gifts.
Can I customize the packaging?
Yes! We can customize everything from the box band to the tissue paper to the insert cards, right down to the boxes themselves. Packaging options & pricing can be found on page 16 of our Corporate Catalogue, which you can view here.
Can I customize the gift itself?
Yes! We can get as custom as you'd like - from tweaking an existing gift in our catalogue to creating something 100% bespoke just for you, including sourcing products we don't currently carry. Looking for vegan snacks? Ethically responsible items? Women-owned brands? Products that are all one color? A niche theme? No problem, just tell us what you're looking for. Chances are we've already done it!
Can you help us brand the products themselves?
Yes! We can help with everything from more traditional swag (i.e. putting your logo on existing products) to completely custom, white-labeled products. We also have a roster of independent artists that have created stunning custom labels and packaging on behalf of corporate clients. The options are endless.
Can you hold products at your studio that we can ship out over time?
Yes! We work with a number of clients on "rolling sends", meaning we hold their custom gifts at our studio and ship as needed. We do this for things like new employee welcome gifts, conference series, client gifts that are sent at certain milestones, etc.
What are your turnaround times?
We can typically fulfill corporate orders within 4-6 weeks, depending on the size of the order. Extras such as custom packaging, bespoke products, etc. can all add to the timeline. Contact us and we can give you an exact estimate. In a rush? Let us know - we can usually find a solution.
What is the ordering process like?
Once we've discussed the details of your project - theme, budget, timing, etc. - we'll send over a detailed proposal with several concepts + accompanying visuals/mockups. After edits and final approval, we'll collect initial payment and get right to work.
